Many N.Y fans love the Carmello Anthony trade from a basketball standpoint. But from a marketing point of view, the move was HUGE for Mello. With N.Y.'s big market comes many endoursement possibilities which equal more money in his pockets. This huge billboard above Penn Station already shows the money Mello can potentially bring N.Y. Imagine how many people see this a day? I also wouldn't be suprised to him in a Subway (sandwich) commercial in the near future, with their constant use of N.Y. athletes.
