We will start this segment with OJ Simpson. His accolades are well documented and span through many years. He won the Heisman Trophy in 1968 which is the top honors as a collegiate football player. He was also inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 1985. He was so well received by the public that he had a role in the classic movie The Naked Gun in 1988. But his stardom and public appeal began to diminish in 1995 when he was acquitted in the controversial trial for the murder of his then wife, Nicole Brown Simpson and Ronald Goldman. Now, after a string of numerous charges which include armed robbery and kidnapping, he is serving a 33 year prison term, with a minimum of 9 years without parole. This is probably the worst case in which a athlete has fallen from grace. The once "star" running back is now an inmate due to his actions, proving anyone can ruin there life if they have poor decision making.
