WNBA draft...already here

The number pick goes to Minnesota Lynx and they pick, to no one's surprise, Maya Moore, 2 time champion from UConn.  Maya had a great career at UConn even though she ended her career there with a lost in the Final Four and didn't get a chance to win a 3rd championship as part of the huskies. Maya has often been compared to the great Diana Tuarasi who led UConn under the same coach Geno Auriemma to 3 consecutive championships from 2001-2004.  Even though Maya didn't reach that same goal she did well in college and he hard work led her to being the number one draft pick.  I didn't recognize any of the other names in the drafts.  Most woman stay there four years in college before going to the WNBA unlike the NBA where men try to do just the minimum one year to be eligible to be in the draft.  Some of the players in the WNBA draft came from other countries.  I hope Maya has  great and successful career in the WNBA
